Orchard Hill College & Academy Trust
Innovating Minds has proudly partnered with Orchard Hill College & Academy Trust for over a decade—supporting their journey to embed a strong, responsive mental health strategy across their family of specialist education settings, from primary school to further education.

Tudor Grange Academy
Several schools within Tudor Grange Academy Trust began their journey with Innovating Minds through our Senior Mental Health Lead training. The training, combined with coaching and access to our EduPod platform, proved highly effective in supporting schools to implement whole school approaches to mental health.
Following this success, the Trust expanded the partnership, now all schools within Tudor Grange access EduPod and receive ongoing coaching support. We also work in close collaboration with the Director of Inclusion, using shared insights to inform Trust-wide strategy and ensure a joined-up approach to mental health and wellbeing.

Star Academies
Star Academies is a growing network of primary and secondary schools dedicated to supporting vulnerable children, many of whom are affected by special educational needs, poverty, and mental ill health.
Working closely with the Trust’s SEMH Specialist, it was identified that students experiencing trauma and emotional distress were struggling to access early, trauma-informed support. In response, schools across the Trust have trained their frontline pastoral teams to deliver the Healing Together programmes. An evidence-based intervention designed to support children dealing with anxiety, angry feelings, and experiences of domestic abuse.
This approach has enabled Star Academies to embed a sustainable, cost-effective, and trauma-informed solution across its schools, ensuring that vulnerable pupils receive timely and meaningful support within their trusted school environment.

Thrive Education Partnership
At Thrive, the Head of Therapeutic Services is committed to embedding a whole school approach to mental health using evidence-based, clinically backed solutions. Through our partnership, schools across the Trust use EduPod to assess their current mental health provision and develop strategic action plans for improvement.
EduPod also enables the Head of Therapeutic Services to monitor progress across all schools, identify common themes, and target support where it’s needed most, ensuring a consistent, data-informed approach to mental health and wellbeing.
